Cartoon Network 3D Glasses Giveaway (“Giveaway�) is open to all residents of the United States and valid while supplies last or until 10/5/07. Only 200,000 glasses available. Requests will be processed in order received and in Cartoon Network’s sole discretion. Limit 1 request form and maximum of 4 glasses per household. Requests do not guarantee that you will receive any 3D glasses. To be eligible, requests must be legible, fully completed, and contain a signature of a parent or legal guardian, or be completed by an individual over age 18. Please allow 7 – 14 days for delivery.
